New to CPA ( YouTube involved)

Hey guys. I'm new to the forum. I'm a mediocre YouTube user. I wanted any advice how I could use my video postings to monetize. I've been waiting to become a YouTube partner forever. But YouTube sucks so... I created a blog for my dance videos/CPA offers. I was looking for any advice on how I could use my YouTube channel to be worthwhile for cpas. Thanks in advance. So like is it better for me to direct evryone to my blog which is no where developed as my YouTube. I just want to know if I'm able to post CPA ads, in video descriptions without YouTube banning my account
