My best advice would be not to ask for it and instead go do research because even though you may get some answers you need to be able to filter them against some actual knowledge. So just read as many as you can that you find interesting and soon enough you will decide on a good route for you.
Write review articles. Submit to articlebase and maybe a few different article directories.
Remember do it the blackhat way. You don't actually need to buy the product to write a review for it. Just do some research and copy what others are saying.
Don't copy the description from the sales page, it doesnt work.
Try to add value to your link (think discounts....even if they are fake). Some people will look up reviews before they even know the price of the product. Tell them the product is actually $97 but thru ur link its $27 (the real price). With some practice that method brings in good cash.
Most important thing for a newbie: Hit Buyers keywords.
I tell you what I wouldn't do if I was just starting out. Don't waste your money buying products. Any product that you can buy online there is a service that will offer the same thing but at a cheaper price. So instead of buying Scrapebox right away you go to fiverr and buy 10000 links or 150000 twitter for 5 dollars. Experiment try to make a sale anyway you can.
NEVER underestimate offline advertising. Buy a cardboard sign for 5 dollars put it on a lamp post in a busy area.
I agree with beehwfan...take time and do your research...then sit back and read the forum thread to learn. There is such a wealth of information here that can be taken in in just 1 sitting
