    Whats Blackhatters

I am new to making money online and also to this community. I have a questions for you guys. Is it worth buying a starter website for 250$ in the gaming niche. The guy says the website gets over 400 clicks per day. The website had Games on it etc however I don't like the layout.

I was also asking the seller if I can customize the website to allow flash movies and create a better user experience to create a high retention rate on the website. As it grows I want the website to offer more stuff other than flashs games however everything would be gaming related.

    Let me know guys!

It all depends on that 400 clicks a day. If he is just buying traffic and pushing it to the site and when those 400 people get there just bounce off then No.

If that 400 is organic and coming in from links key words or other sites and visiting a few pages on the site then yes it could be a good start for you.

As them to send you the analytics on the site. they can send you a pdf report see how customers are coming to the site and what they are doing. If the site has no rev as of now you could talk them down on price.

But if you look at it as far as value without the traffic. If you went and bought a template that is going to cost you 60 to 150 depending on what you pick. If you go and have someone design something for you that is going to run you between 250 and 700 once again depending on who you go with.

Then you have the content for the site on avg 2 bucks for 100 words is what that is going to cost you getting it done right.

So if you look at those then the 250 would be a good price to get going faster and not having to deal with building out your first site.

Hope this helps best of luck to you

Where is the traffic coming from? How much does he make on the site in a month? Have you figured these two things into the equation?

400 clicks per day and he's going to sell it to you for $250? Does that sound right to you? If the owner is making $100/week, then he's selling it to you for 65% of his monthly intake. Sounds fishy, but he could just be strapped for cash. Where is the site listed?

Get solid proof of traffic and where its coming from, solid proof of any earnings. Make sure the site isnt penalized and check its backlink profile. If all's good and you believe you can make the site bigger and better then go for it.

If $250 is a lot to you then its well worth the effort to make sure its a good choice. If you want you can PM me the site and i'll take a quick look only to give any advice i can.

As mentioned you will need solid proof of the traffic and the breakdown in where the traffic is coming from including bounce rate. Remember sellers are known to FAKE this information so carry out your due diligence effectively.
