New to black hat

Totally new to black hat it is all literally over my head! I am trying to get my site really hitting some good traffic, but struggling any help? It is a property fast buying website need to get some views to it, poor at the moment, been told get a private blog network, senuke it loads different things all over my head.

Happy to get somebody in and split profits!

Pick a method, take action, keep doing it till you make $1.
Keep reading while at the same time taking action, twist the method till you make more.

Scale it up by outsourcing to preferably a third world country.
