New to BHW how do I design web page forms???

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to BHW and I'm currently experimenting with SEO and designing my own squeeze page.

Is there a free and easy way of designing a competition entry form for my website that captures all the details including email address of the entrants?

I want to design the form and then launch it on my website and divert all the competition entry forms to the selected email address.
