New to Adwords

Hey gusy I'm completely new to Adwords and I'm worried about spending a small fortune.. anybody got some pro tips that will make sure my campaign is effective?

You should read this one first and try some test on new adwords, no need to add any balance.
When you can create campaign, keywords, ads then move to next step is find balance source. As normal, you can use real money from Credit Card or you can find some Adwords coupons to fund your account balance.
After having your campaign online, try to analyze which keywords pharse is best, choose wide range keywords or exact keywords is best for your campaign...

Make sure the Content/Display network is turned off for your search campaigns(it's default on). Set a low budget to start until your used to the interface. Use exact match keywords to start with.
