New to 4g proxy question please

Say I have a single mobile 4g proxy [with over 10 millions IP address according to the sellers ] and I have a bot that can run unlimited thread of account and I want to use this 4g proxy on the bot should I create 100 account at a time ? If i create 100 account at a time will they all be on different IP address ?or I should create one 1 account at a time then rotate and create another keep the process going on

It depends on what you purchased and how the 4G service works.
Typically a dedicated modem is tied to a location and you will only have access to a subset of IPs... and after time will get repeat IPs.
Some services you can change location of the modem (more expensive) but will have access to additional IPs.
Some services are a pay per connection/GB/API model (most expensive), where you can push your queries to a specified location.

you may have a proxy with a ton of ips on it
but if your using high threads, it wont last long

use a single IP for creating an account, then rotate it for the next one. use an anti detect browser for more security!

Hey! Let me get a bit nerdy and explain a bit about the IP rotation mechanism in 4G proxies (and mobile proxies in general).

If you have a mobile phone, every time it connects to a cell tower of your mobile operator, it gets an IP address. Most operators use dynamic IPs, meaning each time you connect to the tower, your device gets a new IP. So, simply reconnecting to the tower (like turning airplane mode on and off) can change your IP.

Now, about your question. Each cell tower has a certain pool of IP addresses. How big is this pool? It varies a lot depending on the tower. In practice, it ranges from hundreds to a few thousand IPs (talking about IPv4 here, and even the IPv6 standard isn't likely to offer millions). So, the claim of "millions of IPs at a single mobile proxy server" is only possible if your provider combines many mobile devices, ideally from different locations. And having simultaneously 100 different mobile IPs, wow, buddy, that can be quite pricey.

There is a thread issue...One IP can only connect one ip at once...

any recommendations on antidetect browsers for account creation for PPL AFL?

If i have 10 dongles, with 10mbps download each one, i need 50mbps upload on my host machine, right?
Does traffic go through the host machine or directly to the dongles?

Create one at a time. If you can, rotate the IP per account creation. Otherwise, they'll be all under the current IP. Multiple IPs and unlimited threads, etc. don't mean much if you don't manage your IP use effectively.
