No tiktok downloader is working (as far as I know) after the new update.
Now, where to download no watermarked videos ?

As the other member mentioned, you can find content elsewhere (Instagram, YouTube, vimeo, dailymotion) and just re-upload it/edit & upload
 
You can try videoder but it will watermark
 
Have you tried download it from firefox on desktop using Download Helper?
