New Theme is Seriously Jacking Me Up

I've tried both color schemes but the layout is just giving me serious problems and make me actually feel sick after about 5 - 10 minutes. Just letting you know as I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

switch to the black and gold theme v4 if you haven't already been using it since yesterday without issues.

Yeah I tried that it's worse than the light theme. It's not just the colors is the size and clutter of everything makes it hard to read and focus.
