Ive just noticed this new popup that makes you take a survey before you can continue, I only assume this is CPA stuff. Does anyone know where you get this from? It seems pretty legit as if you exit without taking survey it doesn't allow you to continue.

There are a couple of networks that provide these gateways and also you can use a custom script to add your own offers just google for a CPA gateway/
