New sub forum...?

Well in my own opinion i think it would be a wise decision to add a sub forum or a whole new forum about general decisions....

like topics could go in such as


"how do i download a torrent"


"how do i get started _______" (with whatever)


how do i start a website


you know stuff like that


could regrad paypal,torrent info,BHW,and help topics, and ect...

yea i agree that is a good idea, because the "money making" forums are getting spammed with question topics imo.
