I believe it reads as "So Cool", or may be "So Close", or may be i'm wrong and its a dyslectic way to pronounce "social".

Though you have to wonder why you can sign in to a new social network using another social network...
 
Its social, when you add the facebook login it says "so.cl (pronunced social)"

The Social networking site lunched by Microsoft looks great to me. It allows facebook ID for signing up.
 
Verrry interesting. We'll see where this takes us. Ironic that it allows Facebook sign-up, but it makes sense at this point in time. What can they add ?
 
I don't like the design - a bit too much of a wall of white for me.

All i can see is a blank page, tried aussie and us ip's and IE & firefox.
 
Seems like something that is going to force people to use IE at some point.

Nevertheless, I'm going to keep watch in case something of substance comes of it.
 
I was going to bot this site for the funnies but then I saw the top categories only had 1,500 subscribers each.

Soon, there will be countless IM products targeting this new social site.
