New sites drop

Hey, so I have been trying to rank my three new websites. All of them are created on good 7=12 years old domains. 90% of my backlinks are high quality - from high PR websites with low OBL, the content is of a high quality also...the problem is that after I start ranking I see huge drops after a couple of days. I remember seeing other of my websites "dance" when they lost 100+ positions of so but after these drops my sites only rank when you put their domain name as a search query... the good thing is that I keep getting google images traffic which is garbage but at least it shows that google thinks my images have some value...have any of you guys experienced something like this before?

There could be many factors, it's hard to suggest you something, when we do not see actual websites. Maybe it is happening because of your website's niches. Google now have that stupid "fresh content thing", so maybe when you have published something new on your website, google raised it up for few days and then sent it back. Or maybe it's problem with you backlinking strategy, the best way would be to build backlinks slowly, but steadily. Actually, I believe that this could be main problem, just keep building new quality backlinks and you will raise again to the top. Good luck.

thanks for your reply but I put new content on these sites every couple of days and I build my backlinks steadily so that it`s not the case. A couple of cloaked links might be the problem.
