How quickly can I get in the first page of google if I use one or both of these? I know it depends on the keyword term, but can someone give me a real life example of your results?

With a new site, not sure how long before you get to the first page, but I think I got a good idea of how long before you hit the sandbox! :D

You can do it in 2 months. Just don't stop the blasting. First you might get into sandbox but if you keep adding backlinks with the same rates you will go very high. There is also a risk to remain in the sandbox forever but this is blackhat and we are ready for the risks :D.

Buy something like... 10k daily UV for your website and you will be on top of google search.
well, this all is depends on your niche competition.

What do you mean?

I pretty much agree with zverr... you can do it but just don't go absolutely crazy! In my experience, it is very easy, early on to trigger a google filter by adding links quickly. They'll want to know if this is really a site that is amazingly popular, or if someone is just "adding links".

I think it takes more than most of us think to trigger that filter, depending on the difficulty of the keyword, but still, at the beginning, I'd take it easy until you get a little time under your domain... 2-4 months.

I'd use Scrapebox first to get a "base" of links, and give you something to work with... than lay on a relatively small xrumer blast and see where you land.

If I were you I would build quality profile links such as angela and pauls profiles. its a lot safer in my experience and will get you up the serps faster than an xrumer blast or scrapebox on a new site in my opinion.

I did an xrumer blast on one of my new sites and went from page 12 to 10 in 4 weeks which is quite bad since the competition was really low, I then got 100 angela and paul profile links built and went from page 10 to page 2 in 4 days

You make some assumptions that are not necessarily valid.

1: To syek1 :you did paul and angela backlinks which helped you after you had made some blasts. How do you know that it was not the previous blasts that were actually "activated"?:p
2. Sandbox exists!!We dont know that. Appart from that, there are many ways to avoid a potential sandbox.
-Dont spam 5000 websites this month and next month nothing. Keep an increasing trend.
- Differentiate your links. Blogs, comments, directories, articles ,social etc
-On site SEO!
-A very content is something that Google will always want to rank in their results anyway.
-Update as frequent as possible. Frequent is not copy paste and frequent is not 100 words per week.
3. Another assumption that i think keeps most people from actually developing what they want is the fear of the sandbox. How do you know that you will not get in sandbox anyway.

In any case, i prefer to blast what i want and get into sandbox than to do absolutely nothing and not be ranked anyway:p

There are certain possibilities for sandbox, backlinks etc.

1. You build absolutely no links and you dont rank anyway
2. You blast and you get into sandbox. When you get out you are quite strong:p
3. You build like 10 links per week and you will see 1st page after like 2-3 years.
