new site removed from google index what next?

Wait a few days, id imagine it would come back. Some web 2.0s shouldnt get you banned..
If you are too worried then
1. You shall wait - everyone already said is and it is good idea it shall come back.
2. Do some high PR bookmarks and social signals if possible for you slowly in meantime.
3. Add your website to webmaster tool to check if they did send you anything wrong message over there...

Bump+ to Andishm, some steady social signals and bookmarks will gradually show Google your site is legitimately popular, incase that's the issue.
Give it time my friend...sites that stick through ups and downs, always make it to money town.

If your side may not index some reason behind as per my knowledge.
1. Sitemap.xml contains errors recheck and update.
2. Not proper validating robots.txt file
3. You are using one website "____" to get backlinks right that is spammy links. Google will not accept quick and bulk links. (Do atleast 10-15 off page submission for one website/per day.
4. See your website contains "malware" or outbound links with "nofollow" attribute too.
5. If your are confirm with about activity. Go a head with reconsideration request. Google team will revamp your website backlinks and enable in search result.
(Make sure that before going to reconsideration request in GWT check one second)

Anything that appears unnatural can be easily banned by Google. If nothing changes, your best option is to contact them and hope for an immediate reply.

This happens to me all the time OP. Don't sweat it. Google has lots of servers all over the country and it takes awhile for all of them to sync up. The server that you used yesterday to check your indexing may not necessarily be the same server that you checked your indexing on today. Google reroutes people all the time to different servers because sometimes there are too many requests on one server, so they have to lessen the load and send u to another one....Wait a few days for everything to sync up. And it's okay to keep building backlinks. This happens to me (website looks like it disappears from index) after I build blogger blogs for some reason....but my site always comes back.
