New site or revive the old one ?

Hi, i have an old website on a specific niche, was turning about 15K/mouth and now dropend to 1K/mouth (for 2 years).
what it the better, creating a new site or updating the old one with new content and BL ?
please advice and thank you.

Start working on old site first and see if you are able to revive it or not.
 
Unless your old website is hit by DMCA or any penalty. Use it. Or You can do work on both and get profits from both. Since you already know how to work on the same niche. Use that experience.

How competitive is that niche? It would be more work, but working both on the old one and creating a new site might yield you the most results. If you're choosing strictly between one or the other, then I'd stick with the old site.

It's better to update the old site with new content. It will save your time.
