Silk Road was a website only accessible through the Tor browser, but it has gotten shut down multiple times. It offered everything from any drug imaginable to fake IDs. It was ultimately a black market that sold anything and everything illegal. I do not currently know if it is still running but it was pretty impressive back in the day.
