Very interesting - this is a great idea and I think you'll do well with it. The way I see it age and domain authority are key factors your software would have to include, as well as PBR.

Domain age is a big factor. It would be good to include that too.

Not sure that I could bring anything to the table in terms of testing but the GUI looks pretty cool - best of luck with it.
I'd love to get in on this too. Don't know if I'm considered reputable but I will use it often (this tool fits my needs whereas I need to check multiple sites now).

what i think would be a much more valuable tool:
You can upload to tool a list of keywords.
Tool will :
1. Return the [EXACT] number of searches per google keyword tool for that keyword
2. Check if the Exact Match Domain for that keyword is available (for whatever TLDs you select in tool)
3. Return how many competing sites return in Google for that keyword.
Tool would need to have ability to rotate proxies that user provides so that the Google keywords tool doesn't crap out on you.
If you could make a tool that does this I will be a buyer.

I'd like to see user custom list(s) of modifiers that can be pre or post values in the domain. So I could have a state or city list I could select when looking for local based domains. eg. "alaskabikeshop, akbikeshop, anchoragebikeshop". Nice to the number of indexed pages on google/yahoo/bing.
I like how LocalNicheFinder allows you to optionally select 'unavailable domains' plus output the results to a csv file. Must be able to run multiple copies at the same time.

Thank you everyone for great suggestions! I have read each one of them and I already have a nice list of possible beta testers here so please give me some time to finish things up for the first beta testing phase...
Someone suggested that there should be exporting to CSV format. It's very easily achieved and I'm going to add some more exporting options (like pdf, doc, html etc.) so if you have a client who wants to see neat reports, he/she will be satisfied... Well back to Visual Studio!
