A site seems to be using my URL but driving traffic to their site using Yahoo.

Here is how I found out.

I did a search in Yahoo for link:www.myurl.com

I studied the result and saw this

Male dating sites

MYURL.com ... 1 .:. 2 .:. 3 .:. 4 .:. All posts. exclusive internet dating ... Interesting links. PEPSI USA. YouTube. Ebay. AccuWeather. Yahoo ...
male-dating-sites.vipassanabc.ca

Then I clicked the link which took me first to this URL

http://male-dating-sites.vipassanabc.ca/

Then immediately refered me to this link

http://passion.com/search/g873256-pmo.subnksub?ip=auto&show=F-M&pg=0

Which is not us, but is one of those AFF type links.

Any ideas if

1/ I have been scammed,
2/ If I can report this?

etc?

There is no aff url in the page your mentioned. It seem they are all internal links within the site. Maybe someone just spam with your url.

that's weird:eek:
how is that even possible. check your domain forwarding status and report that aff link toi the program.

Which aff programme? We are not running one or anything, it seems that although our url does not forward, our URL IS shown in the serp/ description which is odd.

I have reported it to Yahoo.. and as for passion.com Id rather not should at them, they could take us down in seconds if we piss them off.
