There's two really simple methods that do not involve much original thought.
1) Find a saas that already exists. Now clone it. Usually if you dig hard enough, you will find how they are providing the software for free.
Which leads me into the next method.
2) Search Github for open source projects that are hot. Download it. Make a landing page for it. Turn it into a saas.
Both require modicum of knowledge in web design, programming, and marketing. Good luck and welcome to the forum.
