And with creators not knowing which videos will get ads, or when...
Will that make it scary to practice any black hat methods?
As all the panels say once monetised - don't monetise the videos you used to get view times [and delete them once you have other videos up]
But also all the other rules - if someone looks at their own video - and it has an ad on it - are they now in breach, and won't be allowed an AdSense account?
Any other issues [for black hat methods] you can think of - that this new development could bring up?
