New proxy to solve captcha automatically

Hi!

I have a page with a captcha...

How can I do so that it automatically loads a page with a proxy (I've got a huge list of private ones that I could share to the ones who help me...) and then solves the captcha on this page and enters it...

I need this to be done each time with each proxy...
