but pins are in my profile
i change browser everything but nothings

If it is a shadowban you could be careful when you create a new account by avoiding a spurt of activity soon after you create an account. Go slow for the first few days and then increase your activity slowly.

It's not a shadowban, that feature is removed 2 years ago. Do some google research before answering the OP.
