Assuming this is the 'HUGE PANDA' update cutts mentioned at his seocops seminar.

Panda was moving the ranks on friday, today's been chaos. I'm watching keywordstuffed pages dominate the ranks right below my sites.
Mine are high quality, well backlinked blackhat sites sitting in #1, but the garbage that moved up below me is... worse than ever.

I'm tracking payday loans for a while now in the UK due to some testing.
The new update is a complete joke. They are messing up...... again.
Well not different then last year is it ;)
 
As someone predicted earlier, Google is just doing some random shuffling in search results to create chaos among the people.

Ive seen the same thing today, we had some tests site we were using a bunch of blackhat methods on that shot from page 50 to first page position 5, Right now I'm lost because if this update is supposed to penalize blackhat methods further, it's not working lol
 
Not yet but it will be soon as you just reminded Matt Cutts that he has something in his to do list :-/
 
haven't noticed anything whole day today... maybe it is still not propagated all over the globe..
 
My rankings have stayed steady, but I had about 100 unique hits all direct to unranked pages. Something was crawling my site but no rankings adjustment.
 
I'm watching it in other niches as well, definitely an update coming out.

Might not be penguin, maybe an adjustment to sape?

I used to enjoy reading these 'update' threads but now it's retarded, all you people are doing is feeding matt and his possey with concluded results that your experiencing, that's ofcourse if matt reads these forums.

Your only contributing to these 'updates' stating publicly what had happened to your sites rankings.

Stop it, concentrate on pushing out more ideas and continue to do what's working for you.

Don't feed matt and his team free information, if anything why not set up your own blog in regards to google updates and sell your findings for $25 and when you get any sells you know it's probably from the google team themselves lol.
 
My sites are sitting pretty still. So unsure if this was a huge update?
 
i dont see any noticable change. And the 'Big penguine update' that Matt Cutts mentioned will not come till the end of this year.
