New Penalties???

Okay, so I was wiped out back to back years by the penguin/panada bs. Started over again...

Had an EMD for "Hot New Product GNC" to target people looking for the specific product at GNC stores.

Was ranking number 3 for the last couple months in the serps as only GNC itself was beating me. Had tons of traffic rolling.

Last week I noticed I had a visit to the site directly from Mtn. View California.

Today, the site is gone from the natural serps for the keyword term. But if I search for that term in quotes in G - "Hot New Product GNC" the site shows number one still.

So my question is, wtf is going on here. Anyone have similar experiences?

Looks like a possible manual penalty based on the Mtn View visit.

Wouldn't be surprised if someone from GNC reported your site especially if it was some MFA or somethin similar.
