New Paypal account sending amount limitation

OK here is the deal. I have opened a new Paypal account and received money on it. Now I want to send it but it won't let me make payments bigger then 15$. After that even lower payments are not possible. I manage to send another 10$ and another 5$ but after that it just gives me the message to add funds even tough I have over 40$ in the account. It is not verified and I don't intend to verify it. Is there a possible way to get the rest out? Is this happening to someone else? Some new Paypal policy? Btw my account is a Denmark one and sending to a German account an sending limit is still about 1900$. Thanks!

Try to send 2$ to another paypal account. I am 100% sure it works. Once you sent 2$, logout and login again and send 5$.

It will work for sure. If it works, message here. If not, i can able to help you solve it.

It worked once. It let me send another 5$. And after that I tried logging in and out and it just won't let me send any money

not verified.. and the account I was trying to send it to just got limited

sending and receiving money to not verified pp accounts can get you limited i suggest you to get your account verified with a vcc if you do not want to reveal your personal information and keep it stealth

Is the money in reserve? If so you just have to wait until the money clears before you can get it out.

Nope money is not in reserve, I can get it out instantly. And I've tried once to verify it with a VCC and it got limited within 2-3 hours. Bought the VCC here. And those that I didn't input any credit info didn't. Sucks ass

I was under the impression that you guys in Europe didn't need that ripoff POS? PayPal lobby is the whole reason the banks in the US make it so ridiculously hard to transfer money directly...

if you guys verify your account with those cheap vcc then you get limited no wonder , you need the avs vcc that passes address system verification in order to get rid of the most limits and send big amounts like 100$ , 150$ from one account to another without problem , pm me if you need help with this
