Guys, 2 years ago i was doing some wholesale shit with a guy from Digital Point, never again! In turn, said paypal account was perm limited. No chance of a restoration. So, i had made a new one, and it was pretty much perm limited straight away after i'd made the 2nd account.
2 years on, i'm looking for a new account. Best way to go about it? Live at the same address, along with same card details etc so if i was to attempt a 3rd, i'd imagine it would also be limited.
What would you do in said situation?
