    Hi,

I have not made any PayPal accounts recently. Back in the day, I literally made brand new accounts, verified them and started trading.

Now, I need a new PayPal.

Few weeks ago, I helped a friend start up an Amazon to Ebay Arbitrage. He is doing well and all, but he has 21 day holds on any funds he gets in. Other than that he needs 25 transactions under the belt for this to not happen anymore.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN AVOID THIS?

For the products I am selling, I cannot really allow the funds to sit for 21 days. Any help is duly appreciated.

Unfortunately there's really no other way to do so until you comply with their regulations. Unless of course you buy an ebay account and the paypal account that is connected to that account that already has 25 transactions done.

21 day holds are pretty much set in stone, not many other shortcuts than the one mentioned above.

First: the perpetual 21 day hold is happening to sellers with 100k in sales. If you have 3 day wait (which you get after selling for 90 days) and sell more than 100k, back to 21 day hold you go!
Theres nothing you can do anymore post 100k, except get a 2% cash back credit card from citi and pay it off in 30 days.
