New paypal account, how long to wait?

Let's say I have created a new paypal account and I want to transfer my money to it lets say its 500$ how long should I wait to transfer to it, I mean is it safer to wait some days before getting big money to it or doesn't it matter?

transfer to what?

If you're talking about a withdrawal to your verified bank account, that shouldn't be a problem. If you leave a small balance of about 50 bucks in there, you are much less likely to get a limitation.

I mean lets say I have 500$ on my account right now, then I create a newone, is it safe to just sent to money to the new one after i just made it 1 minute ago?

The safest way would be allow the account 2-3 days then send the money to the new account but allow it at least 24 hours before you make a withdrawal or transfer and leave at least 10% of the amount in the account. Its very important you use the same ip (or ips from the same area) in in all logins plus its a plus if you use the same browser with cookies

Transfer 30% at a time every few days to avoid the radar.
