New Pay pal immediately restricted, has anyone encountered this?

hey guys, long story short im selling unauthorized items on ebay, been going fine, pay pals get limited every now and then but i just make new ones and they last for quite some time. All accounts are made using a VPN. However, i just went and made a new account and it immediately required me to verify address and identity. ive always just made a new paypal with a new number and vanilla card and been good to start receiving payments. So im wondering what triggered it, has anyone else ran into this issue?

Try making your sign ups more unique since they're obviously catching on to you. Use a different card provider, use a different VPN, and possibly another device when doing each sign up.

It may be your VPN provider. Or the cards. Something is the same too often.

Hit the library and make it there. only log in at the library

Ebay title getting auto flagged maybe?? Are you changing that and the description?

going to try and make a Pay pal account today with a new number and a digital CC. Also going to use a different VPN provider. ill let you guys know how it goes.

Probably IP from a VPN was flagged.

its the vpn.

im sure its not the card. They normally will just ask for credit card and bank statements.

Its ether him/her using a public vpn or the vpn is showing as a vpn and its blacklist. I wonder if they even switch to a different user account/virtual machine.

Yeah, this is VPN providers issue. One of my accounts was limited I called them and they said its because of my VPN connections. They can see VPN, Proxy connections so sooner or later the paypal accounts with VPN or Proxy will be banned

If you use a VPN with shared IP addresses then its likely someone else has been banned while using that IP.
You can use fresh dedicated IPs or proxies.
