I Did a search but could not find any information.

What was the new Panda update targeting?

Was it on page SEO (page content) or off page (links)?

Anybody got hit by the recent update?

All panda updates are mostly targeting on-page. Each refresh is the same.

Now they are focusing as to there Adwords, so all this Panda and Penguin.

Im pretty sure the update has been implemented. My site traffic increased significantly.

the last panda update was about the content of your webiste. and yes most of them are about the content. and penguin is about the off page.

It's hard to increment versions when you don't know when the next major one is going to be. So you end up with ridiculous decimals.

Latest mini updates in last 3-4 weeks are loosing up a bit mess that Penguin did. Many people see reverse on drops and as long as they were constantly building links over the penalty period - there was good chance they did recover.
