New pages and google index

Hello,
I have young adult site (created 2 months ago). Now on site 300+ pages with video.
What do you think how many pages i should add per day? Maybe some limits on this?
And in what time google can rank new pages in search results?

I would say 1 per day

Add as many as you can, why would you bother with drip feeding the content? There's no point in that. The sooner you put it online, the sooner it will "age" and rank better, so stop overthinking it and start posting.
