hi , i'm the owner of a new cloaker. i make it .
and i need people that can test it . i will give 5 accounts , but i need people that have money to invest to use it ! in google, facebook ,bing and others .
pm me and show me that you can invest .

Let me get this straight: you want people to invest money into your link cloaker (which may or may not exist) and you want them to prove they can invest in it, all without you building any type of reputation around here or at least proving that the link cloaker exists? Sorry, but I don't think anyone is going to fall for that.

Besides, this thread belongs in the beta tester section (you still can't ask for investments).

I'm not sure if this is what the op meant but he might be talking about investing in the ads themselves to have a bigger chance of triggering a review in order to test the cloaker.

Good point, although I still see it as an investment in the product. Either way, it belongs in the beta tester section.

is a redirection cloaker , not a link cloaker , and i wanna have some reviews , that all , to test it you need to pay ppv/ppc traffic from facebook google etc... that the invesment that you need to do , not pay me . if someone wanna test it pm me.

Creating the cloaker is the easiest part. But how did you get the ip database for your cloaker?

how about whois lookup? or maxmind geoip db?
besides there are other ways to detect 'the inspecor'. you don't necessarily need huge db of ips
