New/Old Proxy Harvester Inconsistencies

I put a list of 5000 IPs I found myself through 2 instances of SB

First one I used the new harvester and got 600 Google Passed....but 7 that also IP passed...

On the second instance I used the old harvester got 600 good proxies from the same list of 5000...

...needless to say, something is amiss. Any idea on how I can unclusterfun these results that are all over the board?

EDIT: Ran the old harvester again, got 7 that worked, just like the new one...I guess what I'm asking now is if old harvester is really over and done and should just be removed from updates to SB

at a push with 2/3 hrs i can get
around 7-800 g passed but its taking
