    AND i assume time is in UT?

    OK - But let's say I'm selling on the market place & customer wants a ETA for digital delivery. On other forums I might post on thread.
    "If you order before 11pm UTC you will receive today."

    I can see a clock on this page above this thread but it is not in my local time or UCT so was just wondering if there was a reference on the forum for standard time but obviously not.

    You have to agree with your client on one timezone. Mostly the seller let's the buyer decide.

    automate delivery, like others do on micro job sites. Others can do it why can't you?
