how you managed to go over the imdb start new topic ? you need a verified account (amazon linked, credit card linked or phone verification)

I searched on google, and .... almost all have to be in U.S (surprise) are not in U.S i`am from romania south /

Anyone using IMDB? when i sign up there it says i need to verify my account via phone/amazon or cc?

For a forum? this is madness.


If i use my own number, my account will get banned within mins for posting links to "watch the movie" site.
 
as popular of a database and site IMDB is, i see why they'd want to have that strict of verification. I'm curious now also how the OP was able to post his thread and not get banned.
 
I used the Amazon verification. I was never banned, my post was just deleted.

Now I just need to find new movies ...

Good to know. Thanks for sharing. What does everyone think the likelihood of getting banned if you continue to do this method with every worth while movie to promote a leak?

I posted 20 threads on 20 movies, they were up from 5mins - 1hour, then deleted.
Can't say thhis is the best method I've tried..but maybe it was just the wrong time?
 
the imdb trick discussed on the starting post.. well, i tried that and now imdb asks for either amazon id or credit card info to verify the account to make the first thread.
