New monitor problem

Figured, BHW has some tech savy people, couldn't find any info on google

I bought a new monitor today, Philips 4065uc. Its really beautiful and HUGE, 40inch UHD...

I noticed a strange color distortion when dragging screen earlier, been looking what could cause this all day with no succes. You guys are my last resort for some advise.

Is this a normal thing, or did i get a faulty display?

Why not exchange the monitor and get a replacement to see if the problem persists. If it does then yeah probably it isn't something to get worried over but if it does not, well problem solved.
