Hi,
In the last few days I saw that every time I upload a photo with popular hashtag I immidiatly got tagged by 10+- accounts in same photo that say get followrs today or something like this.
Is this the new methods of IG users? scrap people and mass tag them by spam users in your account?
each photo I got tagged in got 2000+ comments from spam users who tagged pages like mine

It really depends on the niche, but yes, this method has been taken advantage of in the past and still is constantly being used.

might depend on your niche, i think some of the niches got more of these kind of spammers than the others, not sure how long they can do it without getting reported and shut down.

It may not be new but it has certainly been quiet till now. It's happening a lot more to me too recently

I do get these but not as often.

Just ignore them and be sure to never follow/like/comment on their account in the near future.
