Ok trying this now with a physical product on a blog and a clickbank product on facebook.
The hard thing is that on most sites comments need to be approved before posting, even if they are "auto-approved" like on some facebook pages they still can be removed by admin.
Why should they be removed/not approved? Well, in the comment it shows the img of the jacked site (e.g. yahoo.com) but if you click on the link you are not going to yahoo.com but e.g. iphoneblog.com. So admins can easily figure out that this is some click jacking and/or selling which most of them do not like at all.
