I don't think this will saturate your niche. First because is not a non-known niche, just to order the health products on CB by gravity and you will see this product in top 3. Second, not everyone is trying this method, because you need to invest to see results, so don't worry.

I have some high traffic videos in much more competitive niches that get slammed with comment spam/vote ups usually everyday. This has been going on for about 2 years now.
Back in the day, I use to get paranoid that people would "steal" my traffic so I'd login to my accounts every single day just to ban all the spammers. Then, I decided, just as a test, to LET THEM spam my videos. I didn't ban any users for 4 weeks straight. I wound up with HUNDREDS of spam links all over my videos..... and guess what? Hops and sales didn't drop at all.
So now I only login about once a month to ban these idiots. They really have the shittiest job you can imagine. Cause if hundreds of links can't do anything to deplete my traffic, my gut tells me it would take THOUSANDS of spam comments every single day just to make any decent income with this method. And on top of that you'd need to have a SHITLOAD of youtube accounts & proxies. Cause everytime I do a sweep I'm taking out hundreds of $$$ worth of proxies and youtube accounts.
BTW. This is just my own opinion. But I think OP should be banned just for writing "new method" and "100% autopilot". There is NOTHING "new" or "autopilot" about this method.
