Okay I tried this method and done really well with it. But unfortunately my EPC was to high and I was told I was not allowed to run it anymore.Simple method. Enjoy.

In M@xBounty there is a new offer which deals with foreclosures. Basically it gives people a listing of homes in their area. It costs them $1.99 for a trial.

So what I did was create a variety of posts. I did about 125 posts total and in all got about 1500 responses.

I did a mixture of text ads and image ads. Both I tried to keep short.

I put things like:

Looking for your dream home at a cheap price? Email me for listings.

Need a nice home but can't find the right one? I have a large list. Contact for details.

Many wonderful homes ready for you. Email me for details.

Basically anything that would grab their attention. I would use a single email to use to reply to them. You can use auto responders but I got a high conversion rate by doing the replies manually.

When they emailed me I would reply with a simple response.

Thank you for contacting me. I have devoted my time to helping families, singles, and couples find their dream home. Just because the economy is bad doesn't mean we have to settle for less than what we want just because we think we can not afford it. I know and thats the thing. I had planned on doing that. But I honestly didnt think it would have gotten that good of a response that fast. Most methods I do gets maybe 1 conversion out of 100-200 clicks.

Oh well live and learn.

1 Conversion out of 200 clicks with CPA? I think you just need to target the audience better to improve the conversion rate there.

Test out different replies with your e-mails, you'd be surprised how much changing just one small line of words can change or effect your conversion rate.

well its usually when im just testing new methods.

I do really well with credit reports which gets about 1 out of every 7-8.

Health insurance I get 1 out every 15-16 so not to terrible.

These have been the two that I do the most.

In the last 2 months I have tested grants which didnt do so bad, but things like acai or other weight loss I failed at miserably. Really depends on the niche for me.

If you were sending quality traffic they should not stop you.

well the reason the stopped me was because they think i was incentizing the offer which is not allowed. They said they just do not see EPCs that high on offers that are not being incentivized.

are you posting on craig's list, and if so how?
Judging by recent posts nobody can get ads to stick especially in major cities.

Yes i have been posting on CL. Craigslist is a hit and miss. I honestly have no clue how many of mine actually stayed because I do not bother to go back and check them unless I dont get any replies at all.


Edit: BTW the only major cities I am having alot of problems with is like 4. They get ghosted or deleted right away.

Well I only used CL but you could really use any type of site that has classifieds. Local classifieds are always good because people are less expecting of anything.

Myspace even has classifieds but not sure if you want to touch that.

I use something very similar with a few more twists and in other areas.

Just shows that maybe we try too hard at times

tell me what cpa network you used and I'll let you know if I know of others doing foreclosure that you can use. Unless it was just M/bounty.

and maybe use some cheap traffic to manage you conversions better this time before you pick up again

OOO so that was you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I was looking for a home a few months back I kept responding to those ads and I always got an auto responder with the same response. It was very annoying.

A simple suggestion....

wording in your email is EVERYTHING. avoid phrases like 'go to' xxxx.xom webpage. avoid sounding 'salesy'. Try to make the ad sound as personal as possible

this might increase your conversions.
