Hello BHW,
Recently I've laid some ground work for a new membership site in a field that I know a lot about. There is still a TON of work to be done before opening the doors and switching to advertising mode. I've been inactive for awhile (went to school full time) so since this is my first project back, it would be awesome to find a good partner to help me finish up the site and get a steady steam of income.
First I want to say the niche is not IM related. I REPEAT, IT IS NOT IM RELATED. But it is a field with a lot of interest that is related to training for a lucrative income. I'll discuss more with anyone who pm's me.
A bit about the site without giving anything away, it will be running the latest wordpress with buddypress and possibly multi-site. Most modifications to build the desired site will be from wpmu dev. It will make money by offering valuable resources, networking opportunities, and content for free, which will draw in users. They will be presented with options to upgrade which will allow them; advanced community features, ability to sell their own product, access to hidden premium content, access to premium resources. Additionally a store will be available to all non upgraded users which will sell my success how to guide, t-shirts, and any other related merchandise that we can profit from. Last, partnerships with some premium resources will provide kick-backs for our users signing up for their services or buying products that are reviewed or advertised on the site.
The ideal person will possess the following:
Excellent with graphics
Experience putting together sales pages and landing pages
Strong understanding of wordpress
WPMU DEV premium product knowledge (Some plugins to be used: Membership, upgrade, classified, store, Facebook connect, SEO premium, site maps, Autoblog)
Buddypress knowledge
Dedication to a project
