*****Skip this part for simple question at bottom!!*****

Hey, I was wondering if you maybe point me in the right direction here I'm looking to get an affiliate program off the ground as a supplier of daily tours around Europe. You can find any one of our sites by googling original Europe tours.... but basically, I am the direct supplier of a lot of product in the travel industry and was looking to use the BHW community to get a good idea on how to get an affiliate package offer as sites like Viator and GYG already take this commission I thought sites like this that helped push us to the top of google for daily walking tours in many of our cities would be able to get in on the cut compared to other affiliate programs that don't operate their own tours and only offer a cut of their cut. As the base operator and no middleman we can offer quite a bit more.

Any way we have a pretty extensive network of sites and social media profiles we can promote our affiliates with and what not so there are a lot of options..... we could jsut create a simple widget for travel bloggers... or there could be some people interested in setting up affiliate sites as ranking is easy, the keywords are endless, with low sales cost and high-profit margins. Most tours are 10€ to 20€ with up to 4€ commission on a 12€ sale. Any way just in case you were a good person to ask I wrote all that...

    ************
My real question I guess is where to post to get some ideas and advice on setting up an affiliate program for product provider in the tourism industry?

Welcome SpyonBerlin. I'm not sure this answers your question but TripAdvisor uses Commission Junction for their affiliate program. Check out their affiliate program FAQs for more info.
