Although Black Hat World does not have the ability to police the Site, our administrators and moderators reserve the right, but do not have any obligation, to issue infractions or bans as they see fit.

This means they have the right to ban me if i break the terms in their opinion which needs to be justified according to the terms.Wouldn't point 10 exist they could only sue me at court but not ban from this board.This is to be legaly allowed to ban people who are breaking the terms and not to ban people when they feel so which you claim

OP I will explain this in layman's terms that any clown should be able to understand:

The ToS are a legally binding agreement between BHW and the user.
It does not give to user the right to post whatever they want and to expect it to be on BHW perpetually.
BHW has the right to delete and remove any post or thread that it wants and does not need to explain that action to anyone.
Mods acting for BHW may remove any post/thread and warn any user, whether that user breaks the rules or not.

However if he would check the Terms carefully he would notice that his quoted text is not part of the ToU .ToU starts with point 1 till point 24

In my school they teached how to be smart and physicly on top.I highly doubt you would be able to bully us but i won't steal your beliefs since you would have no other options to defend yourself when not trying to attack me personly
