New Media Buying Trial

Hey guys,
This media buying train sounds great,
I'm about to fund $500 into Sitescout,
I have my own physical products, one in particular I'd like to market,
If I can't get 12 sales from $500 investment, then Sitescout is not for me.
Any pro tips before I jump in blindly after reading several threads here ?
