Mostly SEO, I come from a sales background and would like to learn how I can translate my understanding of customer's persona to my company's site.
I'm open to any suggestions, I read a lot of newsletters from Hubspot, Niel Patel and the famous SEO peeps.

Well you are in the right place. It can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning - BHW has tons of info - so my suggestion would be to:
- Firstly, go to Forums > Newbie Guide and read through that. Important info.
- Next, go to Forums and scroll down to the Black Hat SEO and White Hat SEO sections. Spend a few days just browsing through relevant threads, take notes. Also use the search function (top of page) to search for specific topics.
- Following that and with your notes, you'll be able to create a plan (with tools / setups / systems) for what will work for you or what you want to test. That will be a good action plan to then deep dive into the specifics of those things.
