It sucks. When I got it for the first time, I wasn't even able to find the video manager. Which genius had the idea to hide it in the "upload" button?

you can always go to youtube.com/charts or type in "a, today"/"a, this week" in the search field and sort by view count. that'll show you the most popular video's for "today" & "this week" respectively. I use 'a' because there's an 'a' in damn near every video title, or some other vowel. you dont have to do a full word
as for the entertainment section, pick another section that you CAN see. then swap out the name of that section in the url with "entertainment" and voila
