I know dial up is slow. But do you recieve a new IP address each time you dial in. Net Zero for example. Would you get a new IP address each time you dialed in?

I can't recommend you on any isp that gives new ip every time you'r connected but i think allmost every dial-up company has pool of ips, each time u connect you'll get a new one, however it could be a small isp with a small pool and in that case you could get the same ip twice.but basicly i don't think dialup is Static ip.

From my experience you receive a new ip address upon every disconnect/reconnect.

However, it seems its always like this.

First connect ip: 123.32.23.4
Second connect ip: 123.32.23.7

From my experience only the last block changes, so its not of a dynamic change as it could be, thus making it easier for craigslist to block you out. Keep in mind, 97% of dial up #s are soft blocked, so if you plan on using that for CL plan on obtaining PVAs.
