New Instagram Update

    Hello everyone.

    Anyone update to the newest IG on their phone and not able to log out? I can't seem to find it at the bottom of the settings tab anymore. The only way I can logout is to delete the app and redownload then login.

    Anyone having this issue?

    Just checked mine and it's still there. I'm using a Galaxy s5 on android 5.0 Lollipop. What phone/OS are you using?

    I'm using iPhone. Using Safari for now, would love to use the app though.

    On iOS, just updated, and yeah, they've removed the "Log Out".... Why would they do such a thing? Must be a glitch!

    There are people complaining on the reviews at the App Store, they should acknowledge this soon, not being able to log out is completely unacceptable.

    Yeah cant figure out how to log out my iPhone :( hope they patch that soon!

    It has nothing to do with current iOS, it has to do with Instagram Patch from March 28th. I still have the iOS update pending, but the Instagram update executed and I lost the log out button. According to the goons at Instagram, "We're hearing reports that people are currently unable to switch accounts or log out. We're looking into what's causing the issue and hope to have it resolved soon." So I guess we wait...

    I really hope this is the case. I'm not a programmer by any means but is it easy to LOSE a logout button? Haha.

    It's true.
    The new update doesn't have log out.
    Moreover the multiple account feature is no longer available, i.e. the "add account" is no more.

    All those using multiple accounts on same device, tread with caution.

    Well, no problems occurred on the Android version so far, I guess this happen only on iOS.

    Anyhow, I'm rather shocked they haven't resolved the problem yet.

    ios is the only one with the issue of logging off from your main page and switching accounts..
    hopefully they update the app tomorrow cause this is really annoying for those that have more
    accounts and want to mange them quick.

    Talking as an Android User, doesn't iOS have a system to erase the data/cache of a determined application?

    Doing this will log out from your current account and the next subsequent time you will attempt to log in you will see the initial Instagram login page.

    I didnt get that issue and still don't have it (iOS) - I have automatic updates on & can switch fine between my accounts and login/logut. Must of only affected some people?
