New Instagram Trick ? what is this bot ?

hello everyone,

few days ago i was using my personal ig account and i followed some big account , and in the next min i got mentioned but in a new way , they mention me in the caption along with some other guys and i went to the accounts that mentioned me and it was full of posts and each post is just normal pic and the caption is mention main account and then 5 to 6 mentions of normal users and i track the main account link clicks and it was HUGE , i will include a pic of the mention type and i really hope some one here can help and share if they know how to do that.

i did not expose anyone i hide the accounts that tagged me and the account they market, the rest is only normal.
